It is composed of questions regaring your practice that add up to shape a profile. You can review previous tests and see your scores to have a more nuanced sense.

The idea is for it to be flexible, and for it to be representative of yourself. I hope it can help you as a fluent mirror that keeps track of your process.

As a reference you can use the bellow numbers.

• Bellow 40% is desagreement
• Between 40% and 60% its neutral
• Between 60% and 80% its a clear preference
• Between 80% and 100% its your prefered view

Follower: I prefer to keep a following position, by allowing the client to guide as I actively listen.

Propositive: I prefer to propose things in the session, offering activities or exercises.

Challenger: I prefer to point to things that may be hidden or conflictive.

Acceptant: I prefer to create an space of acceptance of everything that comes from the other.

Intensive: I prefer spaces of intensity, where metaphores, and dream-like experiences are the focus.

Extensive: I prefer the extensive world, where things can be measured, touched and clearly percived.

Divider: I prefer to divide conflicts into pieces, analyse and fragment to see more clearly.

Containment: I prefer to hold complexity and multiplicity to help processes to take the shape they need.

Becoming: I prefer to allow life to guide me as I move through new emergent processes.

Development: I prefer to find coherence and organise things into levels of complexity.

Individuation: I prefer to follow my own path, do discover things in my own way.

Belonging: I prefer to be part of a group or community, to share my talents with others and grow together.
